Japanese automotive manufacturer, that established in 1937 and headquarter of this organisation
situated in Toyota city, Japan. This organisation operates their business all around the world and
provides various products & services such as auto-mobiles, luxury, commercial vehicles and
robots etc. the main purpose of this report is to determine the operation management practices
and analyse its impact on the efficiency of the organisation. Moreover, this report also evaluates
