consumption of products (Saloranta, 2016). There are the several decisions taken related to
people, process, information as well as system that can produces and delivers the services. The
service operations coordinates out the processes and activities needed to manage as well as
deliver services at high level to the consumers (Leyer, Stumpf-Wollershei. and Pisani, 2017).
this report focuses on IKEA high cost manufacturing furniture that can meets the needs of
