in this report is Warren equipment company which was founded in a year 1971. Company has
grown from small company and now it has grown to thousand number of employees. Company
is serving equipment in power generation, oil and gas, agriculture and construction. Warren
equipment company is providing world class products and services to their customer across a
worldwide. It is more focusing on their quality of services and products, reliability and providing
strong customer services to gain more attraction of customers towards their brand. Company is
not only interested in making their profits but also it is focusing on enhancing customer service
and getting valuable outcomes. This report covers reviewing and implementation of operation
management principles. Then it consists of continuous improvement plan. Further, it includes
PLC of a given project which produce necessary outcomes. At last it consisting of effectiveness
of PLC which is on application of providing healthy and safe food project to the customers with
use of models and theories.

There are four phases of PLC starting with initiation stage- as in context with respective
organization they are using leadership style in order to provide healthy food to workers (Rasool,
Wang, and Iqbal, 2021). Then next stage is planning phase, in this participative leaderships is
used to make creative and innovate content related to their operations performed in business
environment. Next is execution phase- in this appropriate monetary funds are being needed for
implementing of those strategies which are made in planning phase. Then last is closure stage- in
this respective organization has closed and managers are more focusing towards their
achievement of goals and objectives.
Conclusion
From the above it can be concluded that operation managements is the process of converting raw
materials into finished goods and services. Operation management process is done by
organization differently. As every organization is having different operation management
process which helps them in converting of their raw materials into finished goods. Further, in
this selected organization, they are using Ultipro which is called as ultimate software, which

assign leaders in every team so that they could solve their matters by own and there could be
reduction in conflicts. Project of providing healthy and safe food could be achieve through
making food at their workplace and resulting in development of employees (Swami, Todd, and
Tylka, 2021). This will helps them in enhancing employees satisfaction and retaining them for
long time in an organization.
Importance of reliability and validity: Reliability is referring to the degree to which
scores in a particular test are consistent from one user to next. On the other hand, validity is
important in evaluation because it is called as degree in which resulting score is more used to
meaningful inferences about their test taker. These both are important for evaluation of a project
because reliability and validity helps in development of a project successfully and achieving their
organizational goals and objectives successfully.
