decisions easily which are in the best interest of stakeholders. The adoption of the leadership
theory in imitation stage will increase it's effectiveness as every decision will be made after
assessing situations and provide desired outcome.
Project planning: Agile methodology will be used in this stage in order so that project
needs and solutions are developed through collaborative effort of self-organizing and cross
functional teams. This will increase effectiveness of the project as it will assist in organized
planning and build high performing teams.
Project execution: Six sigma methodologies need to be utilized in this stage of the life-
cycle as it will decrease process variance and improve employee morale to develop high
