dryers etc. Bosch is a German multinational engineering and technology organization and its
headquarters are situated in Gerlingen. It was founded by Robert Bosch in 1986. This
organization focuses on utilizing various principles of operations management which can help in
making operations of organization effective and efficient

Operations of any organization explained as process which are effectively managed by
any organization in order to achieve organization goals and objectives. Concept of operational

management focuses upon planning of operations in systematic and effective way which are
