Operation management is a field of area that involves the analysis of labor, raw material
and then converted into finished products and facilities. It will supports in maximization of level
of productivity and profitability ratio of the management. It also include project management that
are create the utilization of abilities and skills, tool and techniques to demonstrate the value. The
organization consider in this report is Mcclure oil company. It was founded in the year of 1917
by Edward McClure. The business has been develop from small management and now it has
been developed to thousand amount of candidates (Alborge, and Abdulhassin, 2021).
Management is offering their services as per to their own and it will functions on more than 37
convenience stores and fueling facilities in the state of Indiana. It will concentrates on their
qualitative of facilities and goods, dependability and offering effective consumer facilities to
gain higher attraction of consumer towards their brand. The management is concentrates on
creating profit and improving consumer facilities and getting effective results. The following
report include reviewing and implementation of operation management principles. After it, it will
involves continuous improvement plan and PLC of given project that make effective results. And
at last it include effectiveness of PLC that is on application of offering healthy and safe food
project to the consumer with the use of models and theories.

Operation is termed as a presentation of applicable work or another section that will
include in application of principles or procedure. It might be termed as an activity that will
presented by associates of management that would have an impact on production, distribution
and facilities and many more.
Operation management is a field of organization that are connected with creating and
managing of production procedure and recreating of functions of management in producing of
products and facilities (Cibinskiene, and et.al., 2021). It is a procedure of transmitting of raw
material into final products and facilities. It will supports in increasing profit of the management.
In context of Mcclure oil company, they are offering services that are related to fuel, lubes, and
farm oils or municipality with a fuel need.
