Australia is one of the countries that have the best health system in the world. However, it has
not been successful in reaching every part of its nation. Many parts in Australia, specifically the
area resided by aboriginal population are lacking access to medical assistance and healthcare. It
is certainly an essential matter of concern which requires extreme and immediate attention
(Glover 2017). Even though responsible organizations, government, and individuals are
addressing this issue, the issue requires extensive measures for eliminating the gap between
privileged and unprivileged people accessing medical assistance and health care. It is in many
ways the responsibility of the young population to address these issues and make their choice of
career in a way that would address these significant issues of society. Bachelor in commerce and
business administration is one of the degrees that have significant potential of contributing
towards the social issues that not only work common goods but also helps to human dignity.
A bachelor in commerce and business administration degree is designed to provide students with
a strong academic foundation in core business functions involving many aspects such as finance,
business administration, marketing, accounting, project management, information technology,
human resources, and organizational behavior. Firstly, the students of bachelor in commerce and
business administration have the opportunity of getting in various fields as mentioned above.
Therefore, they are likely to make changes in various departments of organizations using the key
features of the degree.
Equality has not been the problem when the policies are taken under consideration, however, it is
the equity of access for all Australian. Often the people lacking the access are the socially
backward people who fail to realize their basic human rights (Health direct Australia 2019). It is,
