INTRODUCTION
Topic: How would you characterize your own view on globalization and sustainability?
In the modern world there is huge importance and trend of the globalization and this
concept is linked with the key term sustainability. As per my opinion on these two terms the
globalisation is the key drive for the business world to reach large customers and to serve to
larger audience and gain higher profitability and productivity. The sustainability is the measure
to reduce the negative impact of globalisation on the environment, community and economic
conditions. As per my thought the globalisation has lead to the improvement of my virtual skills.
During this academic year I was asked to work on the group project but the new reality was to
work as a virtual team due to remote studying and the consequences of the Covid-19. During the
Covid-19 the globalisation has been impacted badly as the commuting from one place to another
was impossible. Therefore, study of globalisation and sustainability is huge support for me to
gain vita support in learning about virtual team working and its challenges.
The globalisation is highly supported with the technology that has also originated the
concept of the virtual team working. The present report is the reflection report on organisational
behaviour in the international context in which I will be focusing on virtual team, globalisation
and sustainability and the whole experience I have gained. For this reflection I will be using
Kolb's reflective learning cycle- . It is the four stage process in which knowledge is created
through transformation of the experience. Through this cycle I will begin with my concrete
experience and end with the actively experimenting with the wholesome of knowledge I have
gained.
Kolb's reflective cycle
In order to explore my individual learning approach and also to assist myself as leader of
the team in the comprehending strategies I must make sure that me and other team members
should continue to refine their skills and grow as an professionals over the time in the best
manner. In order to get help in process the Kolb's experimental learning concept is introduced
that is useful for me in the time of critical responsibility for cultivating and maintaining a
successful learning environment. The Kolb's learning cycle is the learning process of four stages
that is concrete experience, reflective observation, conceptualisation and active experimentation.
Thus, with the Kolb's reflective cycle I will be reflecting my own experience of working while
