collaborative culture of the LG emphasis there employees to work in teams to achieve
organisational goals competitive culture of LG this allows the employees for there individual
achievements for their as well as the growth of the comany then controlled culture shows the LG
gives orders to there employees about how to work and focus on there performace to achieve
organisational goals. we are going to show the power and culture in LG with the help of handy's

some individuals plays a large impact over the success of the organisation the nature and the culture
of top employees effects the behaviour of employees towards the achievement of goals if cultures of
organisation is similar to the values and morals of there employees then it helps LG to achieve there
organisational goals sometimes employees feel they are not important for there organisation or top
managers of LG due to there less interaction with employees this leaves an negative impact over the
employees about the organisation and due to this any misconduct or ineffeciency occurs towards the
work by the employees LG needs to make there topmanagement to interact with the employees and

sometimes the ambitious employees who are interested over different roles this will make
ineffective towards their work. Then task culture in this culture of organisation the project assigned
to the different groups on LG all employees work towards a common goal to solve a problem the
success of a task largely depends on the competency of the employees sometimes teams may their
own objectives and thoughts over the task and this will effect success of the task, then person
culture not only the organisations culture but the employees nature and culture towards work effects
the success of objectives sometimes employees or individual feels them more important then
organisation and feels that they are more superior then the organisation.
Politics
Politics impact over the smooth working of the organisation LG is a multinational company
and political interferance of the employees who are less interested over hard work and play politics

there interest towards the work of the organisation office politics of LG increses the stress over the
effective employees due to politics the wrong and moulded informations are provided to the
superiors due to nasty politics of some of the employees and seniours employees are not able to
trust each other due to the bad political environment the business of LG affected to solve this
problem LG needs to make there employees negotiate over the conflicts equal importance is given
to each and every employee. The politics in the LG effect their internal working of there

seniors the powerful management of LG sees the talented people of organisation and aloows them
to present there creativity sometimes top level or power full employees are not give an opportunity
to employees to take decision strict rules over the employees mainly focus over the work not over

employees towards the development of their organisation job security helps in building trust and
increase in the motivation of the employees
Social needs
Social needs like as a analyst of LG make employees familiar to the organisation increase
their participation in group goals or group activities engage them with social activities give them
love because love is a human need provide them feeling of belongingness with the comapny make
them a part of organisation so they work towards the achievement of goals.
Esteem needs
Esteem needs of maslow in this company have to make employees feel for there personal
achievement increase there self confidence recognition in organisation as well as in society and
appreciate towards their work provide them the desire for growth and respect in an organisation
provide them status in an organisation for the achievement of the organisation goals.(Pike, 2018)
Self-actualization needs

Process theory of the motivation help LG to set goals for the employees with the help goal
setting theory by setting goal for each and every employee according to there effeciency setting
employees goals help them to understand what they have to do and in what way or effortrs required
to do the job this help employees to higher there performance and LG to achieve there goals
maintaing motivation in organisation like LG the equity theory of motivation must be required
about equal anf fair distribution of rewards to every employee and equal distribution of work equity
theory of motivation helps to maintain smooth working of organisation to achieve the organisation
goals. Expectancy theory in this the employees the rewards for there work like promotionmor extra
pay over their performance achievement of personal goals this theory helps LG to achieve there
organisational goals.
Techniques
The techniques to motivate employees towards the achievement of organisational goals the
LG needs to feel them free for any creative an inniovative idea give them an opportunity to lead that
give them sense of belongingness make them feel or show them that you trust there work it makes
them to put more effort for the achievement of the goals need to know what employees want from
the company increase there participation over the decision of the LG give them fair and equal
rewards show them that you have a believe on them and confident about there work be positive
towards the efforts of the employees always appreciate them for their good performance build
proper communication with them set goals for them according to there skills motivate your
employees by giving them a reason for work share the position of the company in the market with
them and share future plans with them for there effective participation give them a part of the profit
as a incentive learn whar employees want from the company let them ask questions and answer
there questions .
P3 Explain what makes an effective team as opposed to an ineffective team.
An effective team will make every work from organisation with effeciency and helps in
achievement of the goals rather than an ineffective team which only increase the efforts of
organisation. As a business analyst of the LG is propose the Tuckman theory of team development
to develop an effective team of employees(Malhotra, 2015) .
Forming
In this theory the first step is forming a team LG in this the each every employee thinks what
they are doing in this team large number of individuals put together in this stage the plans are
formed for LG like project goals this shows the ultimate goal of the company for which the team is
build and every employee has to work effectively to achieve this goals know the each and every

individual skills and assign them responsibilities according to their skills make rules and regulation
for each and every individual let them know there responsibilities and a team needs to build there
relations with each other because without developing relations with each other a team will not able
to work properly.
Storming
Storming stage in developing a effective team leads to when a team develops all feels that all
the work is go flawless when you are in a team at one stage you feel annoy from other individual of
the team all this factors lead to the ineffective working of the team all the members of the will
disagree with each other and the conflicts in a team arises and in this case as the business analyst of
the LG i have to recognize the problem or a reason of conflict and solve them as early as i can.
Norming
Norming stage is the stage at which everyone is working together but still their are some
conflicts but now employees can solve there problems by there own in this stage the members know
each others work and started appreciating each others work is this everyone builds a respect for
each other.
Performing
This is the last stage of the tuckman theory to reach on this stage is not easy and if you reach
this stage then proud yourself each and every employee in this stage becomes familiar with each
other and they able to work on the project on their own without any guidelines and and all
individuals are confident towards there work know their responsibilities and motivated towards
their work and the chances of conflict arises in this stage is low this stage is needs to be achieved by
LG for the achievement of their organisational goals.
Effective team Ineffective team
An effective team has the proper team size. They
have number of members upto 5-10.
They have more number of members. There team
size is unequal, which makes team
ineffective(Lane, 2016) .
In effective team, members motivate each other
and work together which makes their work easy
In ineffective team there exist chaos between
members which makes the work more hamper

and faster. They also increase the efficiency of
team
and also reduce efficiency of team. This makes
the team weak in working.
In effective team there is a good communication.
They openly communicate with other team
members which brings them close and finish
their work.
In ineffective team there do not exist open
communication which hampers the work of team.
It also de motivates the participate
In effective team, roles of members are defined
which increased their efficiency
In ineffective team the roles are not being defined
which demotivates them

the challenges. Leader of the LG expects success from his employees and trust their ability
to handle(Quinn, 2016). According to the oriented leadership Positive impact – they always

accept changes as they consider themselves as a part of the decision making processs of the
LG.
Directive leadership - Under this leader of the LG completely know about the plan or have
exact knowledge about plan which is prepared by him. What should be done, how task
