This is because the employees would be engage in their conflicts and would not focus on the working that ennables the success of the company. This report would discuss about the company TESCO . The TESCO is a UK based company that has various supermarkets in the country. This report would study about the behavioural stratergies that can be applied in an organisation in order to decrease the conflicts among the employees of the company. ·Main body The term organisational behaviour can be defined as the study of the human mind of an individual or a group performance. It is basically a systematic study of hum,an mind. Moreover, there is very much need of organisational behaviour in the present competitivre scenerio. This also provides for the knowledge taht is related to the employees behaviour which effects the success of the company as a whole. Moreover, by the study of the organisational behaviour, it would help to analyse the working behaviour of the emplouyees of an organisation(Beamish and Saggers, 2020).
This would also mean that these behaviour would effect the potential of the employees while working in an organisation. The company TESCO is a very huge organisation under which a lot of employees work. This would mean that mopre the number of the employees, more the conflicts between the employees of the company. Moreover, in order to solve these conflicts, firstly, the behaviour of the employees must be assessed by the employers of the company in order to make the correct decision. So, that these decisions can help the employees to work in the direction of the success for the compan y in which they are working. Moreover, the TESCO recognised taht there aredifferent employees that have ythe different behaviours. Moreover, these behaviours are dependent upon their beliefs, thinking, perceptions, nature and culture. Hence, these variations among the employees would result into conflicts between the employees of the company. Moreover, every day the difficulties for an organisation is increasing day by day. This is because there are many factors like growth, competition and success etc. Moreover, it is very necessary that the complexities must be assessed among the employees of the company. So, that these complexities can be solved in order to work for the success of the company. Moreover, the company must also formulate the stratergies in order to reduce the conflicts among the employees of the company having different social and educational cultures in an organisation(Dlugaj and Fürstenau, 2019). l壱Motivation The term motivation is origined from the word motive. The motive means achieving some specific aim or goal. These aims and goals are to be achieved by the employees by different motivational theories as provided under the law of the country. Moreover, there is the great need of motivation in the present scenerio. This is because the motivation is the only key that would help the employer in achieving its goals by the efforts of the employees. Moreover, the motivation plays an important role in achieving the goals and aims of the company. This is becausre if the employees are not motivated, they would not work to the best iof their capabilities in an organisation. This would cause huge loss to the company as a whole. So, in order to make the employees work best of their capabilities, they must be timely motivated by the employers of the company. Moreover, there exist a number of complexities in thre behaviour of these employees. Hence, these complexities must be faced by the employees of the company(Kim, 2018). employees. There are many employees who are recovered from the pendemic. The covid was very severe to many employees of the company. Hence, these health issues has resulted into the change of the behaviour of the employees. Further more, there are many employees who are being sought to have financial crisis during the pendemic period. This is because the liockdown has resulted into unemployment to lot of people in the society who are workin before the lockdown period. Hence, this has also resulted the lowering opf the morale of the people residing in the society. There fore, it is very necessary to motivate these employees so that there morale would bring back to up in the organisation(Locke and Sttke, 2019). This would ultimately help to both the employer and the employee. The employer would get benefitted as it would result into the increase of the production and output of the company that would lead the company to the way of the success. In addition to this, it would also help the employee of the company to earn some money for themselves and for their families in order to bring back theiur financial status in the society. Moreover, there must be the application of the motivation theories and techniques in an organisation with relate to the employees of the company. Moreover, these motivational theories must be aopoplied by the employer of the company. Further more, if the employees are motivated, the they would provide the best result to the company in order to increase the productivity of the company. Moreover, if the productivity of the company increases, then it would also lead to success for the company. On the contrary to this, it can be seen if the employees are not happy in the organisation, then it would directly impact the success of the company. The TESCO has used two types of motivational techniques taht are the intrinsic and the extrinsic techniques of motivation. TheIntrinsic motivationis that motivation that comes from within the mind of the person. Thisis a actual driven from an individual demands and needs that aredifferentfromeachandeveryindividual.Thisisbasicallyvitalforanorganisationin understanding that each and every individual has a different aimswhich have to be analysed in order to give motivation. Moreover, every individual has different mind set that necessitate to be analysed. Moreover, due to this theTESCO can give a reason for this intrinsic motivation. For instance, the TESCO provides a target forsales in relationto the sales executives. Moreover, it motivates that if the employees achieve the specified target. Then they would have an opportunity ofgrowth incareer. This motivation has cameunder theintrinsic motivation that is vital for an organisation while applying this to those types of employees in the company(Nuckcheddy, 2018).
Fig. 1 Types of Motivation Moreover, the extrinsic motivationis a type of motivation which is suits to employees whose needs are related to some external motivation like salary, perks, etc. In addition to this, these types of employees could easily motivate with their help in the perks related to finance. This is identified that as an organisation must understand the vital ness of motivation and for that purpose, these companies could also use the theories of motivation. One such important theory is Maslow's hierarchy theory under which it has five stages as per the needs and wants of employees. It is very important for the TESCO to know about the needs and wants of employees with reference to the application of this theory. Further more, under this theory, it covers the physiological, security, esteem and self actualisation. These needs and wants that are necessary to understand the employees in order to provide help that assist them to meet with desiresof the employees of the company. This will result into effective motivation that is important for an organisation in order to achieve its objectives. Further more, the company requires to understand the vital part of different factors taht are related to motivate the employees of the company. Moreover, it can be seen that motivation has provided a great impact on human behaviour in any organisation of the country. It is also analysed that it could also help in an effective and efficient performance which results into success of an organisation(Rashid and Barron, 2022). Herzberg Theory- This theory explains that the satisfaction of the employee is based on two dimensions. These two dimensions are the motivation and the hygiene. The hygiene subjects includes the supervision, salary, satisfaction of the employees. Moreover, the motivation of the employees are dependent on these factors. Moreover, the management must motivate the employees by rewarding for good work, promotion and recognition(Chiat and Panatik, 2019). l壱Individual difference and diversity The employees of the TESCO is very diverse as it a very big organisation. The employees come from different social and cultural backgrounds. These differences between the employeees can be the reason to create the conflicts between the employees of the company. The employees moreover has different perception and level of thinking. Hence, these employees tend to work on
this basis. Moreover, the employees also believes on different things. This is dependendent from the background they are coming from. Moreover, this has increased the need of organisation behaviour in the company like TESCO(Kotni and Karumuri, 2018). Moreover, the management of the TESCO must make a plan that would help the company in achieving its objectives. Moreover, these company must be working forfoirmulating such plans that would help the company to accept all types of employees that have different cultural and social background. Moreover, such policies must resolve the conflicts among the employees that has resulted from the diversity of the employees(Ryan and Deci, 2020). Further more, there are some points that discuss about the importance of the organosational behaviour in the company. The main importance of the organisational behaviour is that it helps in assessing the nature of the employees that helps in solving the conflicts between the employees of the company. Moreover, the diversity of the employees would help the complany to make the decision process related to declension of the company. Further more, the diversity also helps while increasing the inclusion within the company. Moreover, the working of the employees effects the organisation in a direct way. Hence, it would help the company in formulating these practices as donebythecompany. Moreover, thereareverydiversesituationstahtariseswithinthe organisation. Hence, these diverse situation must be foolowed by the organisational behaviour. So, that it can help the company to resolve the conflicts between the employees of the company. Moreover, diversity is also importantin building good relationships among the employees and the customers of the company(Smadi, 2022). l壱Primary Research Findings and Discussion The above report explains about the findingswhich is vitalto consider in an organisation in order to formulate thedecision.
