INTRODUCTION
Organizational behaviour refers to the evaluation of the particular individual or the
attitude of the candidate towards the nature in several business conditions. As far as
organizational behaviour is concerned it is basically divided into 3 elements in which candidates
who do well in the business, staff for faculty members and teams as well as attitude of the
management as it relates to the people and employees or faculty. The initial goal of it is to
enhance the effectiveness of the organization. This has the optimistic effect which may improve
the standards as well as presentation of the people and profitability and productivity of the
business organization (Al-Madadha, Al-Adwan, and Zakzouk, 2021). This transformed them
into the new type of innovation as well as encouragement which is based on the ability of the
people in order to meet the goals as well as objectives of the company. The following report will
cover about the Co culture with the utilization of several concept, models and theories. Moreover
to this it will cover about how management culture may be improved and importance of
motivation in the business organization. In addition to it an argument will also be discussed
regarding how the culture of the organization might better the success of the company
effectively. The following report is based on the organization the red arrow management.

How does an employee’s motivation effect their work
Motivation is known as the method of persuading as well as encouraging the people in order to
accomplish the objective within the given time. In addition to this it is the obligation of the
leader or the manager in order to highly encourage their staff so that they can enhance their
productivity as well as performance to accomplish the goals (Amankwa, , Loock, and Kritzinger,
2022). There are 2 primary theories of motivation which are process and content theory as it is
mentioned below in brief.
Content theory: The respective theory concentrate on what encourages the people and the needs
as well as desires of the people in order to perform well in the company. Moreover to this this
theory is known to be the initially to deal with internal elements which impacts the attitude and
