In order to know more about the organizational culture and with the help of this research the researcher will try to know why the organizational policy of Samsung is one of the best policies. The employment policy, the inner politics of the organization helps the company to achieve the growth. Organizational behavior The multi dimensional organizational culture helps the company to sustain in the long run. The policy of the company is always changing with the changes of the economy and the structure of the society. The innovative strategy of their organizational policy helps them to achieve the development within two decade and they are being able to achieve the first position in the industry of telecommunication. With the help of the femininity, index the organization is able to find the power distribution between men and women.
