Organizational behaviour refers to the human behaviour of an individual within a company and helps
in achieving the relationship through interaction.
It helps to understand the nature and activities of employees at workplace and also improves the
work skills of managers and employees in the organisation.
Broken Hill Propriety Company Limited (BHP)is the world's largest mining company and dealer in
silver, lead and mine at Broken Hills. Australia.

DETERMINE OPERATION MISTAKES AND
PROCEDURE
Poor management and leadership are a major problem identified in the BHP Company
Limited because it lacks proper training to the managers and employees as they are unaware
about the nature of the jobs and goals which resulted in low morale in the employees.
In context of the issue raised that the major cause for poor management is lack of
communication of employees with the managers as they are not able to convey their part in
effective manner and lack of proper training affects the performance of employees as they
are unable to understand the nature of their job and fail to meet their deadlines on time
resulting on loss of work and decreasing the productivity of the company.
