The weakness of the company is evident in the arena of smartphones that has caused the company to lose out to the other competitors like Apple. The company does not have the innovative touch screen technology that can help the company in getting a wider consumer base. Nokia has rivals in the market like Apple, Samsung along with LG. Nokia does not have the presence in the media market of the world that drives the need for the organizational change in the company. The organisational problem has been created in Nokia owing to the fact that the company has not been able to push into that of the higher margin internet business (Hayes 2018).The organisational problems were being created on account of the fact that the bundled music service of the company was failing that was acting as a hurdle in the path of progress of the company.
