This report discusses the general theories of organisational communication and analyses the barriers of communication in Brit-tech. The physical, emotional, organisational structure, and perceptual barriers are discussed in detail. The report also outlines the Brit-tech strategies to overcome these barriers, such as reducing working hours, switching to hybrid mode of working, installing sanitization stations, and providing free lunch service. The report concludes with recommendations for organisations to adopt change management plans, plan employee engagement activities, and take proper care of sanitization and social distancing at the workplace.
