Business model of WM Morrison- The company is offering products like that of Free from, food to go, nutmeg clothing and world food serving its customer all across the UK with 500+ stores, online market and also home delivery. Morrison would be underpinning the manufacturing and sourcing of the food and then selling it across the store to customers. They are operating throughout UK in this way they are very much close to their customers and to them who are matter to a lot. Organisational Philosophies of Sainsbury- They are working on to strategy like that of reducing wrong activities of business which are not making any kind of profits to firm and cost which is associated with it is also high. TESCO Plc- Key characteristics- At the end of year 2015-16 Tesco was having about 4, 60,000 employees who are been associated with the company. During the same year operating profits of the firm was about£1017 million while the debt of firm was around£3.7 billion. They are having 6809+ stores all around the world which is having high number of profits of the firm. Business model of Tesco- Tesco is regarded to as one of the largest supermarket or grocery store which is operated all around the world and leading in the European market. All the business possibilities and problems are handled in very professional and unique way together with selling of products. Organisational Philosophies of Tesco- The business mission of Tesco is very much simple as they are“Serving Britain's shoppers as little better every day”. In this deal they are meant to serve almost 66 shoppers every second so that customer would be experiencing good service as compared to other rivals in market. Their team is also meant to work together with each other so that targets are achieved and in this regard their recruitment policy would be hiring better, simpler and cheaper people into organisation. The philosophies of company would also be including that to reduce wastage of food on global level and thus ensuring to distribute that surplus food to those who are in need products.
