INTRODUCTION
Business environment involves of the person management to other forces that are governable or unmanageable by business
project. All such involves the opportunities involving the threats for the management. The management consider in this report it is
Admiral. The report further discusses about diverse managerial types as with structure, size, scope addition to stakeholders (Gaganis,
Pasiouras, and Voulgari, 2019). It also follows about relationship between organisational functions as with their connection to
structure and aim of the business.

BUSINESS AND BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT
Partnership- The private organisation which own and control by two partners or more then the
two members, is consider as the private partnership business organisation. In this type of the
organisation partners are equally liable to their profit and loss. Admiral is the private limited
company comes under this type of organisation.
Corporations- This is the type of organisation which declares as the separate legal entity directed
or guide by the officers, such as by the board of directors. This is the type of most advantageous
way to start the business. Such as the Admiral is one of the leading corporation in the world.
Voluntary organisation- This is the type of organisation which is run by the groups of voluntary
individuals is Sports England (Moktadir and et. al., 2020). This type of organisation are also
consider as the non profit organisation. Under this individual enters to the agreement of unpaid
working. Examples are NGOs and Charities.
Purpose- The main goal of voluntary organisation is social welfare, focus and working
on the development of society and growth of society. It focus on creating good social impact.
Legal structure
Trust- This is the type of voluntary organisation, which not consider as the legal entity
and the funding for the organisation is can be done by trustees.
Unincorporated Association- This is the type of organisation which is made with the
legal association of two or more peoples, with the purpose of social welfare. Examples are
professional associations and environmental groups (Kozielski, 2017)
P2. Size and scope of different organisations.
In the competitive world, management operates business with the help of encouraging the
sections in respect to accomplish high terms. As there are diverse management that posses to be
different in the sizes as per to the process or arrangements to reach towards the aim. In relation to
current report, three management combined with the scope and size that are as follows -
Public organisation
Size – JD sports has recruited large workers that involves of more than 500 workers who
are performing for them to provide several facilities in maximising consumers satisfaction. They
provide facilities in terms to social care, education and varied other (Tredinnick, 2018).
Scope - Such management has scope for functions extended by adapting digitalisation
tools to offers rapid terms of facilities to individuals who are living inside or outside the national
boundaries.
Explaining different types and purposes of organisations: public, private and voluntary
sectors and legal structures
The business organisation is the type of association, which develop by the entrepreneur
in context to the earning of higher benefits and profits. Below is the explanation of some
types of the business organisation.
Public sector organisation- This is the type of business entity which is funded or run
by the government or public well-fare group, on behalf of the public (Usunier, 2018).
This type of the business organisation work for the public well fare and not make the
profit for its own benefit. Such as the JD Sports Fashion plc is the public sector
organisation working for entertainment channels and broadcasting news.
Purpose- The purpose of the public sector organisation is public service, by
utilizing the scare resources.
Legal structure
Central- The organisation which manage the funds from income tax
is called as the central government public sector organisation
(Gebauer, Haldimann and Saul, 2017). Such as the JD sport is central
government public owned organisation.
State- The type of entities use their power in specific area and meet
the standards of central government.
Local- The public organisation which get funding from the council tax
is consider as the local government public organisation.
Private sector Organisation- The company which is run and owned privately
by the person or group of the persons, is consider as the private sector organisation. This
type of enterprise are the segment of national economy which owned and controlled by
the private individuals. Admiral is the private sector organisation work in the different
country to generate higher profit.
Propose- The main objectives of private sector organisation, like Admiral is
British technology company, propose is higher growth of the business to generate higher
profit by serving the customers effective household and styling products.
Legal structure
Sole proprietorship- This is the type of private organisation under which
single person possess the complete liability of organisation and responsible to manage
all losses and profit (Eling and Schaper, 2017). Such as the freelancers, designers,
copywriters, marketeers etc.
