company. Crystal Travels are known for the quality of travelling they avail to their customers at
relatively decent prices. On basis of this quality of services they provide, Crystal Travel are
winner of best travelling in British Travel Awards 2018. they are connected to 65,000 plus hotel
chains with more than 150 airlines and over 1000 employees at service.

Evaluation of tools and techniques for developing better organisational performance of Crystal
Travel.
A company can never stop developing and evolving in any area, hence regularly
enhancing the organisational performance is very necessary. There are many ways in which a
better organisational performance can be achieved with the help of tools like personal
development plans, conducting acknowledgment and reward programmes, MBO (management
by objectives), 360 degree feedback etc. These tools and techniques helps in a company to grow
overall and have other benefits like increased production, customer satisfaction, employees
satisfaction, creation of unique brand identity, hike in profits etc. Few most common and popular
tools and techniques beneficial for Crystal Travel are mentioned below:
Reward and acknowledgment programmes- this is tool in which the company or the
enterprises finds out the most profitable or most performing assets for them and
acknowledges it by giving rewards in order to promote good performance by others. This
tool has been proving one of the most successful technique for improving organisational
performance mainly for two reasons one it creates certain sense of comparison and
secondly greed for price(Rejeb and et al, 2021). Crystal Travel can appreciate their key
airlines or hotel chains by providing bonus money to them hence promoting other hotels
to do the same.
Performance appraisals- This is a technique in which the promotion or growth is
granted on basis of the performance hence putting the working and efficient employees
and staff on higher position and motivated. Performance appraisals also propels the staff
to give their best performances in work so that they may be appreciated with higher
position in the office. Crystal Travel have huge work force and this tool can help them in
bringing out the better employees and handing them positions their work deserve hence
contributing in organisational development.
360 degree feedback- For huge companies an all round review about their products and
services is must. They need to conduct survey and keep a regular update about the
