In changing business environment, the organisation focuses on improving time as well as

London, UK. In addition to this, they use organisational structure for increasing performance
level which imposes direct influences on company. This assignment signifies style of leadership
adopted by CEO of British American Tobacco that helps in bring efficiency level at marketplace.
There are different kinds of motivational theories which impose direct influence on power,
influence as well as conflicts that is discussed in this assignment. There are different aspect
which must be considered by manager of business organisation for enhancing or increasing the
performance level of different power and various benefits in which the manager faces different
kind of challenges. It is required to assess the changing macro environmental factor of business
organisation and taking appropriate decisions for success of business organisation. They adopt
different style of leadership and appropriate strategy that helped the business organisation and
giving right path in order to achieve favourable outcomes at Marketplace (Hayes, 2018).
