production level. If the behaviour of organization is good then employees can work easily and also
achieve targets of business industry.
INTRODUCTION

Organisational culture involves behaviour addition to values which considers experiences, philosophies
along with expectations which improves efficiency addition to organisational productivity. In different
organisations different cultures are adopted to attain individual business unit goals together with industrial
goals. Some of the range of models together with theories are as classified:
Tesco Plc is a largest retailing company that deals with numerous services such as electronics,
petrol, toys, clothing and so on. The managers of Tesco Plc uses person along with task culture in order to
involve huge number of staff to complete tasks.
