Hence, it is essential for them to play a crucial role and develop creative ideas so that team goals can be attained. Study analyses three different case studies such as Ford, Monsanto and Originals Copy Centers that presents the way organization formulates the team working ways. TASK 1 a. Here, firm needs to identify the interrelationship among business structure and culture so that business goals can be attained effectively. Through identifying the change within enterprise culture it also influences the structure of firm.The organizational structure can remain constant however; its culture may get changed time to time. For instance, if the management of business alters its structure that how will the workforce are going to assigned roles and responsibilities in the similar structure.It can be assessed that in the early time, Ford Company was facing several problems regarding recession and thus top management were facing problem just not because of recessionbutduetoprevailingcarcompetitionininternationalmarket(Blommeand Bornebroek-Te Lintelo, 2012). In the Ford company it involves group based structure and culture that directs its employees to work in an effective manner in regard to attain best decisions so that innovative car design can be made.Therefore, it is significant for the management of business to build the best structure and culture in firm and thus, it assists the workforce to work accordingly as per the style so that eliminating traditional style of activities to new car development would achieve the particular outcomes. However, it helps the team to get flourished with varied innovative ideas so that results can be attained.Here, workers provided different ideas which helped in bringing changes such as decreasing the parts within the door panel of car i.e. from 8 to 2 so that it could handled easier. Also, firm make sure that all the nuts and bolts need to be of similar size and shape so that it couldbe eliminated as per the need for variedwrenches(ChouandPearson,2012).Furthermore,theorganizationalstructure incorporates different levels of hierarchyin business so that it helps in identifying the levels of stages. It involves various leadership styles undertaken by Ford and Monsanto before and after the change within the team based working so that it influences the business performance. As per the case, Ford Company adopts autocratic leadership style and does not involves workers in decision making. However, they need to follow the decisions made by the top management i.e. up-down hierarchy. Later, after introducing certain changes within firm it undertakes democratic leadership style and helps management to involve workers in decision making process.
