Organizational behavioris defined as a discipline that deals with systematic studying human
behavior within an organizational environment. Simply, it can be said as a study of people at the
workplace (Newman, Miao, Hofman & Zhu, 2016). Learning organizational behavior has
different advantages both personally and professionally. Professionally, this learning can help a
person to align with company's goal properly and lead a team through proper motivation. It also
helps to manage human resources by creating a work-related environment within an
