Nature of organizational behavior
I have discovered a lot of new things and ideas
regarding the nature of organizational behavior through
this six week of units. In the one unit I have studied the
organizational behavior, their nature, why to study OB, OB
and management process, functions of management and
the critical managerial skills (Andersson, et al., 2013). It
means that human behavior in an organization,
interaction between the human and the organization
itself, it mainly means that an individual behavior towards
the organization. Then the question arises why studied
OB, because it can help me to become better employee in
the organization, trying to become better manager, also
helps in understanding that how people behave and
motivated the employees and trying to achieve the goals
of the business strategy, etc. Then I also learn the main
functions of management which are – Planning,
Organizing, Leading, Controlling and managers used
resources these areas- Human, Financial, Physical, and
Information. In this unit I also have the opportunity to
learn the types of business strategy – Cost leadership,
