become an important issue for organizations today. It is believed that balancing a successful
career with a personal/family life can be challenging and impact on an individual’s satisfaction in
his/her work”. The essay states how the organizational work consequences have affected an
individual’s life. It is explained that the idea of maintaining balance between work life and
personal life is getting difficult for an individual. Therefore, it also leaves an impact on the
satisfaction of work.
The term organizational behavior is a used for the study of human behavior in an organizational
circumstance. It is an interface amongst human behavior and the organizational. It is a fact that
the working culture of an organization affects the daily life and mental conditions of the
employees. When the researches study organizational behavior they prefer it to be conducted
within the organizational surroundings and job role. The main objective of the organizational

With the growing demands of people, competition for the organizations has increased. There are
large numbers of firms who are dealing in same sector; hence the consumer/customer has to
choose the best out of rest organization. In this race of becoming best and to meet the needs of
the customer, whole burden lends upon the shoulders of employees. This is because a large
number employees working in both private and public sector suffers with lesser job satisfaction.
In order to keep a balance and sustain in the company, employees often disregard the
satisfaction, which they want in their personal life. In order to compete with other organizations,
an organization should make sure that the employees who are working for them should get a
good personal life along with growing or stabilized professional life (Borkowski, 2015). An

organization wants. Hence, this capable and strong human capital force chooses the
organizations as there work place, which is providing additional benefits to them. For instance,
numerous organizations have introduced the concept of weekend trip with the corporate family
and sometimes with the personal family. These small outings freshens the minds of employees
and provide them a new zeal to work. A healthy organizational structure is necessary for the
overall development of quality work force. Effective organizations provide prospects to its
employees to develop new productive skills, which will add on to their performance. An
organization should focus mission planning with the employees, this gives enthusiasm to the
employees. The vision, goals company’s major objectives should be discussed within
organization and these objectives should be clearly explained to the employees so that they can
build a strong working plan to achieve objectives on time. Firms must take sharp steps to ensure
that the employees must support each other during tough times apart from engaging in a cut-
