Definition
Organizational behaviour is a field of study which deals with way people within an
organization set up relates to each other in accomplishing the set organization goals.
Determinants of behaviour in organization
people
People-these includes the human resource within the organisation which joins their
efforts in accomplishing the set goals of the organisation.
They determine the behaviour type to be adopted within an organisation according
to their cultures and organization`s set goals.

Consideration
These relates to a situation where other groups of individuals are considered special than other
members in the organisation by either the management or supervisors.
Such practices creates enmity between workers in organisation hence resulting to hatred among
the staff thus hinders them to work as a team with one common goal.

These are the new production and communication devices adopted by the
organisation to better their means of production and also to produce efficiently
They influence human behaviours within the organisation in their adaptability and
acceptance by the working team in the organisation
Employees can either adapt to the newly introduced technology or collectively
decides to boycott its implementation following its impacts on the workers in
production process.

Communication skills
These refers to personal skills and ability to transfer information from one source to the users
It influences organizational behaviour since the organizational set goals needs to be regularly
communicated by the management to the staff members.
These skill will impact the behaviours of the workers either positively or negatively depending
on the manger`s communication skills to convince or pass an information to the staff
members.
