2014). Furthermore, at the same time it is seen that the diverse organizations in order to adapt
themselves to the changing landscape of the business world and at the same time to integrate
the required changes within the framework of their organization resort to the use of this
particular process (Bukie 2017). However, for the effective use of this particular process the
diverse organizations not only needs to undertake a thorough review of the core competencies
of their organization but at the same time needs to ensure the fact that the changes that they
are trying to implement are in synchronicity with the strategies followed by them (Ducret
2014). This report will focus on the changes that the company Fast Track needs to make and
also the manner in which they need to integrate these changes.

The organization Fast Tract Couriers is one of the best ones of the nation of Australia
and is known for the quality of the delivery services that they provide to the customers.
However, in the recent times the concerned organization is willing to expand its business by
almost 7.5% by extending the services that they normally providing in the city of Sydney as
well. This will require the concerned organization to incorporate the usage of automatic lift
gate, PDA and GPS within their trucks. This is likely to enable the company to operate their
trucks with one driver only and at the same time it would enable the concerned company to
use the extra drivers for the new 8 trucks that it is hoping to purchase. At the same time HRs
of the organization will have to educate the drivers so that they follow the various safety

concerned company to know location of the truck drivers and also the status of the delivery

usage of this particular technology is at the same time likely to help the truck drivers as well
in the best possible manner to convey the important messages as well as information to the
concerned company and also to interact in a much better manner with the organization (Luo,

the management and the HRM team of the concerned are unable to provide the basic facilities
