considered to be one of the most successful companies that have managed several challenges by
implementing changes over time. The two founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin established the
search engine in the year of 1997 and it got registered by the latter half of 1997. Being one of the
most leading companies across the globe, Google’s implemented changes and its successfully
management of the change set example to be followed for other companies. Hence, the whole
paper will shed light on an issue that requires a change to be implemented by the Google. Google
is a standout amongst the most driving organizations over the entire world.
