Introduction Organization is accompanied with the complex set of functions and activities in which various functions are performed to achieve the set objectives and goals.In this case study analysis, organizational change and possible problems faced by company has been discussed. In this case study, proper organizational work functions and changes required to make the business efficient are undertaking. Description of business The business organization which has been selected is case study is Acrow Formwork and Construction Services Limited. It has been incorporated in Australia and running its business on international level and indulged in trading and distribution activities. This company has been listed on the Australian Stock exchange. It has more than 900 employees in its business who are providing their efforts to implement the strategic program. The current share price of company is $0.01 (3.64%) which has reflected the 3.65% movement in negative manner. it reflects that company has destructed its business and resulted to lower down the value of its business in long run. The sustainability of the business could be assessed by using the financial analysis. The profitability of company has shown the increment of 20% since last three years. In addition to this, company has increased its overall employees strengthen by 12% since last five years which shows the positive indicators for the future growth of the business (Keynes, 2016). Thesis statement The thesis statement is accompanied with the needs and process system which company should comply with a view to strengthen the overall outcomes to clients and efficiency of the business at large.The organizational changes are the major process to prepare the company against its external and internal challenges. Ideally, the organizational changes provide the foundation for the innovation and creation to create the core competency and cost leadership strategy in the business outcomes. Case study analysis In this case, it is observed that company has been facing complexity in the business and in order to mitigate these issues, Acrow Formwork and Construction Services Limited needs to
adopt the advance technologies and system. The main outcome which is expected from the advanced system process is related to establish the automation in the business process system which will add value to the employee’s functions and client’s satisfaction at large. However, new organization system process is designed to set up to establish the automation in the business. It will set up the proper automation in the business process and implement the strategic program which will add value for the better work satisfaction program. This proposed new program will reduce the complexity of the business and lower down the process work (Martins, Rindova, & Greenbaum, 2015). Many of the employees resist change in the business due to the fear of new change in business (Lindgardt, et al.. 2009).They find issues in coping up with the new undertaken work and learning new working process.
