This report explores general theories of communication, evaluates the barriers that made the employees unwilling to return to office after the pandemic, and outlines strategies for overcoming the barriers. The report focuses on Bri-Tech, a multinational IT company, and discusses the physical, emotional, organizational structure, perceptual, and interpersonal barriers faced by its employees.
