1. Reflect on how you could maximise participation and support of stakeholders
when undertaking an OD intervention. Describe the following strategies or
techniques that you could use:
The involvement of the stakeholder in the business activities is highly important for the
success of the business. The consultations of the stakeholders is highly necessary and
imperative to the growth of the business. The proper participation of the stakeholders and the
business can help to develop the relations with the business stakeholders and better the
outcomes of the project. The consultation with the stakeholders of the business is highly
important for the stakeholder participation and helps to deliver a number of strategies that are
important to develop a better and successful stakeholder management. Some of the major
steps that are helpful for the development of the stakeholder management are as follows;
a. Identification of the community champions
b. Consultation with the stakeholders in a varied communication network
c. Providence of the background information to the stakeholders of the business
d. Promotion of the consultation procedures and the timelines of the organization
Strategy or Technique Description
Change management
The change management procedure of the
organization must be informed to the stakeholders and
they must be provided the idea on the changes to be
adopted and the results that are expected.
