Ethics is an integral aspect of human lives as it instils a sense of morality and just mechanism to
lead life purposefully and with dignity. The article written by Fernando & Moore (2015), shows
that it is ethically wrong to exploit the sorts of human rights but in the contemporary scenario
there are many instances of it. The gross violation of human rights owing to terrorism, mass
displacement of the indigenous tribes brings us to the verge of immorality to deal with the
menace at once. In the ideal scenario it is the ethical responsibility of the human beings to oblige
his duties towards his own family, acquaintances and mankind at large. In this context the aspect
of ‘right’ could not be stated clearly as it strives to be an ambiguous element because what is
right to me could be wrong for the other person. So the judgment of right things need to be
guided by the ethical codes of conduct which would be very much appropriate in striving for a

confusion. This view is also echoed by Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell (2019), as in their book they
had upheld the importance of learning and knowledge in determining the right path to lead an
ethical life in its every sphere.
The aspect of ethics becomes understandable with the help of biblical references as it charts out a
sincere attempt to note the measures of ethical actions. The teachings of Romans 13:8-10 gives a
vivid explanation of the unethical acts or wrongdoings like adultery, theft, assault and fraud to be
avoided in life to lead a life of sanctity and a life to devote love to God and mankind as well.
“You shall not commit adultery, You shall not murder, You shall not steal, You shall not covet,”
This explains the famous sayings of Bible – “Love thy neighbor”. So when a person spread love,
kindness and affection there are very little scope of his wrong commitment in his personal or
professional lives (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2019). I think the balancing act of love and
