Performance management can be understood as the method utilized by the
leaders of the firm for observing and determining work of the staff. This permits the
associates of the company in order to create such an atmosphere in which several
people can work with different capabilities and perform their task in an effectual and
efficient way. This is the method which supports the leader of the organization in
accordance to manage their workforce and also the performance of the firm. The
following report is based on the company BUNI travels which is local travel partner
and it is situated in Bolton (Imaginário,et.al., 2020). The firm contain the low number
of the employees that is functioning with traditional development of the personnel but
management is lacking in the betterment of the performance of company. The
following report will cover about the description of several techniques for the aim of
enhancing performance of the firm. Moreover to it, this also involves the role of well
being of the workers in accordance to increase the performance and
encouragement.
What tools and techniques will help improve organizational
performance?
This is the essential for the organization to better their productivity and
performance in accordance to accomplish the objectives and goals. Additionally,
success of the company is basically depended on the performance of the firm and
workers. There are several techniques and tools that utilized by the firms in
accordance to better the performance of the company. HR associates of the firm
BUNI can utilize these method in their firm which offer them the possibilities and
success in order to enhance their performance (Espinosa-Dulanto, 2018). In relation
to the BUNI travels its several tools and techniques are mentioned below in brief:
Performance appraisal: This can be understood as the method which will
assist the firm for bettering the performance of the company. This is the

mental and physical health of the workers. This also involves the several elements a

with employee. This is essential for the workers to better the well being as it makes
the optimistic effect on to the firm and also permits the firm to attain more success in
the market area. Significance of the workers well being is also enhanced due to the
outbreak of the COVID 19 pandemic. Management require to know the effect of the
well being of the workers as well as of the company in relation to productivity and
performance. This assist the manager of the BUNI for the aim of enhancing the
encouragement and productivity of the firm. This is crucial for the aim of bettering the
encouragement level of the workers. Role of the workers well being for bettering
encouragement and performance of the firm is described below in brief:
