INTRODUCTION In organisation people performance term is used for defining the process and techniques that helps in ensuring working of employees ion best of their ability and puts company value into practice. Them set of practices is regarded as people management which encompasses end-to- end procedures of talent acquisition, retention and optimization. To the organisation employees there is continuous support and guidance to business. The employee working is monitored and evaluated by managers with help of performance management tool. The people perform with their best abilities and produces high quality of work with efficiency and effectiveness in the positive environment(Cao, and Smith,2021). On case study of BUNI Travel this report is based which is an local travel agent founded in Bolton. With the traditional personnel department it works as it is small workforce. It also aim to improve the performance of organisation. In this report several tools and techniques is discussed for improving performance of organisation. Further, it discuses role of employee well-being in improvement for the performance and motivation. This report also involves analysis of PESTEL within the organisation. What tools and techniques will help improve organizational performance? The important role is played by performance management in organisation that helps in enhancing the organisation and individual both performance. The performance management software and tools is used by company in order to facilitate evaluation of progress so that there can be success in organisation. Following are the tools and techniques in context to BUNI travel which can help in improving performance of company mentioned below- ï‚·Performance appraisals-It iscommon used performance management tool used by organisation. It is an powerful tool for aligning the individual goals with strategic aim of organisation. The employees are required to take care of appraisal process with honesty and fairly in order to get appropriate results. The two-way communication takes place in organisation of BUNI travel. Training, motivation and day-to day management of employees is provided by people management.
