be considered as a reason for various diseases such as malaria, dengue etc. In canteen as well, it
has been observed that there is a dirty area in the basin as the place from where water is being
drained out has been occupied wholly from the polythene bags and plastics. So, the water keeps
there only which is a direct indication of various water borne diseases such as malaria, dengue
etc.

This is to inform you that plastics can be very stable and also can stay in the
environment for a longer time. They are not being discarded after a huge time, so in the
degradation of plastic, it takes much amount of time. So it can result negatively on the
environment as it can cause land pollution. Usually the wastes from various industries also goes
in rivers and other water bodies, so the plastic is not dissolved able as well. So, it keeps in the

water itself causing water pollution which can further be considered as a reason for various
diseases such as malaria, dengue etc. In canteen as well, it has been observed that there is a
dirty area in the basin as the place from where water is being drained out has been occupied
wholly from the polythene bags and plastics. So, the water keeps there only which is a direct
indication of various water borne diseases such as malaria, dengue etc.

It is an obvious fact that Evie would not be happy at all when she will hear that the
employees are not following the instructions because they think it is a wastage of time, she can
take some strict actions regarding this such as she can cut out all the incentives and increments
of those five employees who are not following the idea and think that it is completely a
wastage of time. It is also essential to take proper actions against them because a huge amount
of time has been contributed in planning the specific idea and it took a complete investigation as
well so that the idea can be efficient enough. An investigation is being done in order to check
for all possible ideas that can be used and then, best of all has been chosen. Even after this
much of contribution, five employees do not work up to it and think that it is a wastage of time.
So, Evie must ensure the fact of punishing them, may be in a small or a longer way. She may
cut the increments amount of all these five employees just to remember them all that if the
company has decided a specific idea or methodology, it might have contributed much amount
of time and hard work. So, it is the responsibility of every employee to strictly follow it. Also,
she may also can suspend all those five employees for a particular time for realising them that if
they are working in that company, they have to follow the rules because when the company is
taking care of the employees, it is the responsibility of the employees as well to follow all the
policies and procedures honestly. It is important because it helps in maintaining a happier and
healthier culture in the work place.
