Introduction
The aim of the paper is to conduct an analysis of the organizational structure of the chosen
company. The course of the report will move along the line of discussing the hierarchy
present in the organization along with that the duties needed to be ascribed to the individuals
(Winnubst, 2017). The report would also discuss the responsibilities as well as the charges of
the individuals. The background of the positions as well as the implementation of the
business plan would be the concern of the report. The contribution of the external advisory
board along with that of role of the stakeholders will be discussed in the due course.

CEO CEO has been appointed in the position to ensure the proper
execution of the process of the venture, therefore the concerned
person need to implement several measures including monitoring
the work of the manager and plan out the organizational structure
Manager 1 (production) The manager has been appointed in order to manage the process
of production and ensure proper execution of the process. The
production forms the crucial part of the venture on which it will
thrive.
Manager 2

The job of manager 2 is based upon the need to ensure the proper
execution of the entire process starting from the production to
the marketing until it satisfies the customers (Kottahachchi,
Sathyanaraya & Sharma2015).
Account Manager Managing the fund and ensure the proper utility of the monetary
resource of the company is crucial in order to ensure its proper
sustenance in the business environment. The role of the account
manager is crucial to ensure intervention at that point (Al-
Sabaawi, 2015).
Supplier The suppliers form the starting point from the influx of the
resource upon which the production of the organization is based.
Logistics The importance of the logistics is to make different sectors of the
job work at ease. The implication of the different sector of the
venture needs human resource which needs to be taken into
consideration
Human Resource In order to ensure the success of a business venture the
enhancement of the employees and their experience in the job
should be taken under consideration (Noe et al., 2015).
Customer Service Customer are the primary stake holders of the company, upon the

Formation and the implementation of the business plan
The formation of the business plan is to be invested with the chief executive officers
of the organization who would form the plan keeping in mind different aspects of the
formation of the business venture.
Both the managers need to be entrusted with the duty of implementing the business plan after
they have been chalked out by the executive officer.
External advisory board
The job of the external advisory board is to provide strategies that are non-binding in
their nature. They are responsible for enhancing the functioning of the managerial team with
the advices in order to bring about notable changes in the organization scenario. As such the
advisory board can include individuals with experience and perspective, who has already
served the field (Murray,2017).
Roles of the stakeholders
The internal stakeholders of the company comprises of the managerial team and the
employees dispersed in the several section of the production. The external stakeholders
comprises of the advisory boards and the shareholders of the company. However, the most
important external stakeholders are the customers as well as the suppliers (Freeman, 2015).

implementation of the advisory board is also crucial along with the adherence to the legal
