The current report has depicted a business plan to open a new venture named Lean
Logistics that will be operating in the logistics and transport industry with an aim of
providing fast and quicker delivery related services to its clients.
Purpose of the business:
A significant purpose of the business is to determine the reasons behind developing
as well as improving its supply chain performance to attain a satisfied set of customers for the
new venture which is Lean Logistics that deals with in the operating in the logistics and
transport industry. With an aim of providing fast and rapid manner.
Mission and Vision
This newly launched venture has a prime goal of delivering pleasure at its customer’s
doorstep. It is accompanied with an idea of concentrating upon provisioning convenient
transport related services to the customers to rely upon with an ease of transferring their
goods from one police to another.
Main mission of firm is to deliver happiness at the doorstep of customers. Therefore,

Management structure
Logistics and transport organization will focus upon adopting both horizontal and
vertical management structure so that instructions could be delivered quickly. Within
horizontal structure management separates workers in different manner and thus provide
them specific task to be completed (Mangan, Lalwani and Lalwani, 2016). Thus, in the
