Learning is important in the career this helps in making and enhancing the future for the best as
learning helps the students to gain the knowledge which can enhance the practical skills and this
can be done by various learning practices and this knowledge can affect the organization
practically and factual as learning also enhances the soft skills of a student as this helps further in
the area of teamwork, critical thinking, problem-solving and communication. This is a report

report also involve the importance of the team working and which can also lead to enhancing the
learning experience. This report also involves the impact of business management in future
career and this can also be applied in live practices this report also involve the SWOT analysis.

Cultural expectations are influenced by the world and this can be generated by the society and
this belongs to the survival and these are the messages which give cultural norms and all the
standard of behaviours as studying business management has the cultural expectation of the
educational attainment and these are the cultural expectations which are for fulfilling the dreams
of the student for gaining a degree in any educational and these can change and influence the
choices of the individual in the decision making process(Jena 2020). As this can also affect the
behavioural expectation as this can change the skills of the student in real-life activities as this
program of business management can help in building communication skills and also improve
the collaboration and team working skills in a student which helps in the further in life and also
in the organization as this is a leading skill which is required to be maintained and developed by
each individual as this management study also help in the planning procedure of student as this
gives activeness in the decision making process and effectively plan their future as this can also
lead problem-solving skills as this is also beneficial in the organization and for developing their
personal skills and this can result beneficial for organizing the system management in a business
and this can also lead the life of an individual in an organized way(Aurik and Astri 2018). This
degree of management provided behavioural and cultural variants In a student’s life for their
personal and professional growth in the future as business management is known as the subject
which can also be applied in real day to day lives for making the decision making and other skills
improved in a better way. Business management is the only subject that can be seen in the
behavioural aspect which involves the individual personality and also involves the cultural aspect
which is somehow related to social management.

As peer learning is known as the learning technique which can promote teamwork and
collaboration for attaining and gaining new knowledge and this process supports the better
learning experience of the students and the learners who is having different information and

concept related to the problems that can be resolved easily for the better learning of a student and
this can also be performed without the intervention of any teacher(Cubric 2020). In peer learning,
the learner Is the donor and recipient of knowledge and the learners work in a team for finding
the solution to any given problem in these individual skills of students are required and can be
attained by working in a team which is also known as the horizontal learning. Peer learning has
various advantages in the learning procedure of the student as this develops a better
understanding of the problems which can easily solve the problem and this also develops the
spirit of cooperation and also helps in collaborating in the team learning and this makes a student
more effective and sharper in the understand and solving of various problems and this can help in
the professional and student life effectively(Dziubaniuk and Nyholm 2020). Peer learning always
better the experience of learning in individuals and this makes the learner or student into deeper
thinking as this can increase the capability of quick responding and the discussion and sharing of
the views with the team encourages the thinking capabilities and confidence between the team
members and this also benefits in getting the feedback by the team members in peer learning as
feedback is a personalized process and this can improve the adaptability of the learner
effectively.

As studying business management can also help the student for their future upliftment and their
personality development as this academic knowledge helps the student further in the future with
effective skills and knowledge. Studying business management opens up many career
opportunities for developing the understanding of business and also in job organizational roles
like human resources and finance. There are five essential skills which can help in the future up-
gradation of the employees by developing their management skills which help them in further
future in maintaining business or any job role and can also help in employability in different
specialization like management, marketing, retailing, sales, consultancy, and
finance(Franceschelli Santoro and Candelo 2018).
There are many benefits of peer-to-peer learning in the future as this approach is considered the
learning approach and that can help in better team working in any job role of business which can
enhance the productivity level of the student in the future as well as the productivity level of the
organization. As this helps in problem-solving and overcoming any challenge in a team

effectively as this learning benefits in future for gaining the new perspectives which benefit in
the workplace like in the effective culture of an organization, professional development and
communication skills in the workplace(Bhaskar 2018).

By engaging in the activities students can promote their effective knowledge and this also helps
in learning new concepts which can be beneficial for here future learning by this students can
easily attain their objectives and goals and the practicing of application will be better in
recognizing and learning the concepts as this can also give career aspirations(Rossignoli and
Lionzo 2018.).
Focussing core concepts
As if students will apply the knowledge and concept in the various core principles with the
essential and effective skills which have learned in the concepts can develop a deeper
understanding of the students in the concepts and in shared functions which can also be applied
in the various material in any concept(Pandey Chandwani and Navare 2018).

As students can also apply the various sub-skills which are learned in the classes and by the

differentiated and classified effectively and can also help in the problem solving and this sub-

Students of business management are found energetic and creative in doing the task and this also
benefits in developing the confidence of the students as these students always fin the leadership
qualities which further help them in future. They also have good communication skills and
decision making which helps the students in the future(Akhtar and Sushil 2018).
Weakness
Students are impatient which sometimes makes them face failure in the task and they are also
found disruptive which impacts the advancement and progress of the student negatively they
easily get distracted which is considered a weakness of a student and are also apathetic due to
which they have to struggle more in life and future for attaining their goals and objectives
effectively.
Opportunities
Properly studying the degree can benefit the students in the future and this can help in leading
food opportunities in the future as they can target a better university and also get a scholarship
which can benefit them(Goncharenko 2020).
Threats
Students also face threats in the learning experience of degree as tough competition can be the
biggest threat to the individual and limited seats in college can also become a threat for the
students and financial constraints can also be considered a threat to the individual.

CONCLUSION
This report has concluded that learning business management can enhance the career of the
student as by this many skills can be developed and can give benefit in future. As business
management builds the confidence for success in the career path and it can also be done by
additional skills like communication and problem-solving skills this also helps in building the
social network for gaining more opportunities and this can result good in career. This report has
also concluded that this subject can impact various live practices of the organization and this can
also be analysed by SWOT analysis. This report has also concluded that this subject is essential
for also the daily activities.
