INTRODUCTION To measure success in higher education for students is how well students presents or prepared their goals to accomplish their current or upcoming years of professional goals or development of knowledge for a broader gathering(Betti Cury Lorca and Avrichir,2020). It is essential to learn skills to get higher success in education to make a good career. This portfolio covers E portfolio which includes reflective learning, formative feedback, skills to learn in university, benefits to formative assessments and SWOT Analysis. MAIN BODY Reflective learning This reflective learning is all about students which reflects their learning experiences for becoming aware of their own thinking procedure and being able to make those transparent to others. An individual who execute SWOT analysisin which kind of assessment which helps them to analyse what are their strengths and weakness which will need to improve. SWOT analysis determine their strength and weakness of students which helps them to analyse a particular individual life. The main goal of reflective learning is to allow students to identify their own skills and knowledge so that they will use anytime whenever they will required. It should be represent that these skills can be done only when person are analyse these skills and identify to improve their career. It is one of most essential learning in a person life and they will know how to deal with it. The implication of reflective learning in future is to develop or improve best career and analyse all skills related to individual which will be helpful for students to develop their professional career growth. It can consist many ways to improve their personal and professional life are as follows: Increase innovation:To increased innovation, reflective learning is helpful for those students who can get more new innovative ideas or thoughts regarding any assessment(Jena, 2020). To grab more opportunities, self development is helpful to create or produce innovative ideas or ways to improve professional career to take more opportunities which can be learned by reflective learning. Develop performance of students:Self reflection is also helpful for students those who have to increase their performance level in university and learn new skills for analysing to improve. Many students are need to recognize their strength and weakness due to some reason so
there is reason behind to develop these skills for self reflection. Reflection learning is also helpful for students who have analyse strength and weakness to improve their weak skills this will be helpful to increase their level of performance if they identify best skills. Use formative feedback Formative feedback is generated by teachers in university as would be taken a strategy to engage learner and determine how they will reflect which will leads to successful learning outcomes and it should be conducted regularly. It is helpful for determine what students learn through theirassessmentsand theirfeedbackto developtheirmotivationskillsandself awareness to become self directed learners(Minh and Phuong, 2019). It is also helpful students for future implication to improve their opportunity for self reflection and their career growth because at the end they know what they want in their future life of career. It is also helpful for learn new things in future related to previous self reflective and basic main goal of formative feedback is to analyse their misinterpretation between students and teacher that what they have done in assessment when same topic and same subject are there. Moreover, formative feedback indicates that instructor can follow their some instructions because it will be identify their gap between planned versus actual performance. Various benefits related to formative feedback like they should provide their opportunity to improve their self confidence or self development to become best efficient learner which are described below: It can be identified main points which are learned by students. They can be analyse and understand what was situation is and understand their topic which is going on instructor accordingly. To get best possible solution, it is crucial for students to understand their self reflection and directed to identified best possible solution which will helpful student in future also to check their effectiveness which is provided by instructor in a very effective way (Osborne and Strokosch, 2021). Skills to successfully learn in university Some skills are important or crucial aspects for students in university which will be helpful to increase their future aspect or future growth also. It is an crucial part that students learn various new skills in university on regular basis and it will be useful for teaching purpose to make their carer better. Furthermore, good and effective communication is very significant for students because on the basis of communication skills students get job opportunity as well as they can share easily communicate or convey their ideas or thoughts with each other(Parker,2020). It can be learnt through attend seminars, giving presentation, voluntary, participate in debate competition or attend meetings and conferences. In case of university, they will be helpful to improve their capability of particular people to interact face to face communication and they will meet huge number of people in university when they enter into workplace. Time management skills:These type of skills should be represent that students mange their time according to their schedule and task to be completed on time. Moreover, students can learn new things in proper time and prepare weekly schedule or monthly schedule so that they can completed their activities on regular basis. Students can make their priority list to make their schedule time table on daily routine basis which are crucial to them for work. Benefits of formative assessments to students Formative assessments refers to broad mixture of performing where teacher used to conduct their procedures evaluation of needs of learning and their academic procedure. The main purpose of formative assessment is to used by teacher and evaluate their understanding of needs for learning and develop their teaching and learning in a very efficient manner. It is very benefit foe their students which are described below: To develop their achievements of academic:Formative feedback are helpful for learning and teaching for students to analyse weak skills so that they will work upon these skills and convert better skills. If they can improve or develop their strengthen skills which will be helpful for students to develop their performance of academic and their achievements(Wekullo, 2019). Increasestudentmotivation:Toincreasetheirstudentsperformance,formative feedback is helpful for the students to measure their performance level on daily basis so that they can feel motivated to develop or improve their skills and maintain their confidence level in their
university or any of organization. It is helpful for students in future also because they can increase their career growth through formative feedback and maintain their level of performance as well as increase their motivation level. Define their goals:To evaluate their performance of students in their university it will be beneficial for students to identify their particular goals to analyse their strength and weakness and any modification which helps them complete their formative feedback also. Moreover, goals are should be defined to complete all task related to university and formative feedback helps them to complete their task in a very efficient manner(Wu, 2019). SWOT Analysis for student Strength Good communication and time management which helps them to motivate to continue their self development and interact many people and share information which I have gathered in university. Weakness Iamunabletocompletemy assignments on time which are given by teachers. It is a big issue that I get easily confused related to task which I have completed on time or not. Opportunities Good opportunity is taking an online classes so it will be helpful to manage my time in proper manner. Also it will also be helpful to increase my degree course,certificationsaswellas personal and professional skills(Betti Cury Lorca and Avrichir, 2020). Threats The biggest threat of a student is to gain wellexperiencethroughself development in university and they did not have higher position in perfect job roles. CONCLUSION As per above information, it has been concluded that reflective learning is very effective for those students who show their talent and skills which student reflect their own experience of learning. It is also identified their formative feedback, various skills to develop to learn in
university such as communication and time management skills. Moreover, benefit to formative assessments to students and personal SWOT analysis for student.
