INTRODUCTION
Reflecting play essential role in an individual or student life through which they can
effectively reflects the experience that has been experienced by them. Different type of sections
has been discussed in the present report in a well-defined and effective manner (Kelly, Luke and
Doucet, 2021). Present essay emphasize upon 4 different topics in which proper explanation of
the impact of covid-19 on the hospitality, travel and leisure industrial sector has been discussed.
Along with this report include discussion of the utilisation of formative feedback in order to
make improvement and inform summative assessed work. Along with this identification of
cultural as well as behaviour expectation of study for a degree in business and management is the
duly discussed in this report. At last report include discussion on the importance of peer-to-peer
support and team working in order to enhance learning experience. All the above-mentioned

It has been identified that, COVID-19 has influenced each area across the globe however,
it has been stated that hospitality is among the hardest hit. It has been identified that, COVID-19
is a test to both human lives and livelihoods (Herédia-Colaço and Rodrigues, 2021). The
emergency is remarkable and moving rapidly, yet still profoundly uncertain. Many companies
operating its business in hospitality, travel and leisure are shut, particularly lavish ones.
Internationally, travel and the travel industry are the huge supporters of a main area for work
creation, financial and social improvement around the world. In numerous urban communities,
districts, and nations, the travel industry assumes a basic part as an essential mainstay of the
economy's GDP. The travel industry and recreation industry assume an imperative part in
