INTRODUCTION
Higher education qualifies as qualifications which are undergraduate level or above that,
usually takes the students three years to complete such education. This project discuses the
process of orientation in higher education with the help of analysation of three chosen topics
which can be learned in Orientation for Success in Higher Education(OSHE) classes by
illustration of knowledge gained form those topics. In this project key ideas related to the three
topics will be discussed with analysation of theories, criticism and strategies utilized. With the
help of this project an individuals performances related to the mentioned three topics will be
highlighted with identification of a strength which has been developed or a weakness which has
been found. The main aim of this project will be to understand how effective the skills of
orientation in higher education is on the individual with detailed discussion about the learning an
individual receives from the individual.

Team Work Skills :
This skill is the interrelation of group of people in a team or organization which for
effectively for achievement of a desired goal.
Ideas :
In teamwork skill there consists of certain ideas which prove to be essential for the
success of an individual in academical process. Communication is very important for any team to
be affective in its work (Colman and et.al.,2019.). Communication between individuals in a team
develops effectiveness in teamwork. Along with communication a team should know how it can
