Such practicesresult in fulfilling their commitment. As per the the structure of service sector organisation behaviour ofpersonnel, engagement of staff members varies for getting effectual outcomes. This industry followsMaslow hierarchical need management style which shows that workers have to be involved withinorganisation and their needs or wants are getting fulfilled. Internal Relationship – For proper working of organisation it is necessary to build effectiverelation within staff, customers and other workers. Internal relation has major influence on managementstyle that in democratic as well as on organisational structure of service sector organisation.Apart from this, there are several external factors also which directly gives impact onmanagement style as well as structure of Wa-Pila Hotel. Explanation of these are as follows: - Managing diverse Talent – It is external element of organisation which require propermanagement of various talent.
