Introduction
In order to analyze the different perspectives of leadership, the report has shed light on analyzing
the emerging leadership changes in the business environment (Bolam, 2002). In case of
motivating the employees in an organization, leadership aspects significantly contribute in
enhancing their individuals’ abilities for achieving the business goals. It is true that after the
globalization, significant impact on the emerging business environment has been identified. In
case of measuring the change process in the organization, enhancing leadership capabilities are
very important. The purpose of this study is to understand the significance of developing
responsible leadership by utilizing the aspects of organizational change process. Therefore,
critically analyzing the emerging challenges faced by the leaders in changing business
environment the study has contributed in examining different characteristics of the responsible
leadership. After the analysis, the study has demonstrated the responsible leadership by linking it
with the organizational context while adopting the change process.

It is true that in the modern day, increasing demand of the leaders have made the significant
contribution in the organizational environment. After the globalization various changes have
been introduced in the business environment that have impacted on the economic, social and
political contexts. The worldwide business trend has got changed, which have impacted on the
strategic direction as well as economic policies of the companies. In the changing business
environment, the role of managers have got hanged towards achieving the business goals that has

indirectly impacted on the sales growth of the companies. Globalization increased the interaction
between the leaders and the coworkers by changing the diversified working culture (Hay, 2006).
In order to drive the central wealth of the organization, the changing perspective of the leaders
significantly contribute in the strategic processes.
In order to arise the social relationship, the leaders significantly contribute in generating the
performance standard in the workplace. Depending on the diversified culture, the adaptation
abilities of individuals gets influenced by the leaders. By continuing this it can be said that in
order to motivate the leadership characteristics, the social capabilities are very important as this
helps to develop the values as well as beliefs. By understanding the changing perspectives of the
leaders in social context, it can be said that by forming the social personalities, leaders support
the internal connections among the people associated with the team. The societal behavior as
well as cultural approach towards accepting the changes can help the leaders to enhance decision
making abilities.
The political environment has got highly influenced by the legislative activities introduced in the
emerging business environment. Understanding the current perspective of the leaders towards the
political environment, it can be said that working in the flimsy conditions the insignificant
administrative practice can negatively impact on the operational process. It is true that in the
competitive business environment, the political environment has started impacting on the
leaders’ decision making process towards coping up with the changing country policies.
It is true that challenges have become common in the leadership practices. Understanding thee
leadership perspectives, it can be said that the external political environment influences the
business activities, which indirectly increases the complications for the leaders. By continuing
this, it can be said that in order to introduce effective leadership practices in the workplace, it is
