Planar Radiography with Possible Pelvis FR Fracture Planner radiography is one of the most common screening tools for detecting injuries of bones. Not only that, this technique can also be used in the detection of other diseases like kidney stones, lung diseases and other diseases that are detectable by x-ray screening. As per the result of the x-ray screening tests, the patient may be suggested to have a 3D imaging technique such as CT scan (Martz et al., 2016). Pelvic Fracture •Pelvis is the stabilizing bones of the lower part of the body and it is reported that, any type of pelvic fracture is one of the most common injury for the women at their child bearing ages that is mainly 20- 25 years age. •In a study, it is reported that, pelvic fractures were reported in case of 105 women above the age group of 15 year s or more irrespective of the nature of the fracture that is with or without dislocation. •Among all the female subjects, 47.6 % of female had the fracture in the antero-posterior ring and genital organ injury is reported in 15 women (Agrawal et al., 2014). Complications of Pelvic Injury •In case of pelvic injury among the women injury of the vagina and gynecological are not at all common, however, in some cases , it is reported that, these injuries can be associated with internal bleeding of the individual. •The cases of gynecological injuries are more common among the women who are engaged u0nder the age group of 20- 25 years of age .Such incidents can cause bleeding to abruption and also can rupture the walls of the uterus (Shen et al., 2013). •While analyzing the long term problem of the pelvic fracture, it can be said that, sexual dysfunction can occur due to pelvic fracture among women under this age group of 20 -25 years. •In a study, it is reported that after pelvic injury, 45 % of women had less amount of sexual interest. Apart from that , due to fracture women had difficulty in sexuality. (Agrawal et al., 2014). •The pelvic fracture can cause alteration ofgenitourinary •function. Conclusion •In case of the women under the age group of 20-25 years the cases of pelvic fracture is very common and such condition may cause lack of sexual activity, problems related to the urinary tract in the women . Apart from that, it is also reported that , fracture in the pelvic bone can also destroy the pregnancy of the women as well. References • Agrawal, S., Nayak, P. K., Mitra, S., Agrawal, A. The physiological changes in the women during the pregnancy condition is associated with the alterations of pelvic bone , plane of inclination, internal dimension of the pelvis and also can affect actual shape of the bone among the women (Trevathan, 2015). •The structure of the pelvic of male and female is not at all same and it is reported that female pelvis is broader than that of the male pelvic bone. •However, even in obstetric community it is believed that, any kind of pelvic injury among the women can restrict them to give birth to a child (DeSilva & Rosenberg, 2017) .
