Travel and tourism sector is that sector which has undergone with several
changes on a large scale. There are regular transformations taking
place which makes impact on the travel and tourism industry. This
sector is advancing and growing continuously as the number of
customers are growing day by day. The sector has been showing high
growth regarding profits, revenues, goods and services. But at the same
time it is facing many challenges and issues also which must be dealt
with effectiveness by the organisation which operates in this sector. All
these aspects make a large influence on the business operations of
travel and tour organisations
