Collective bargaining is a process where the
negotiations about the terms and conditions with
regards to a specific situation of conflict take place
between the employer and a group or association
of persons. The situation of conflict in the collective
bargaining process relates to the conflicts which
arise among the employees due to protection of
their employment rights. It is regarded as an
effective tool or mechanism for the development of
industrial relationship or employment relations.

Industrial democracy is very important
concept that determines the democratic
practices used by both the employers and
employees in business entity.
EU policies has also advanced the partner
based relationship which assist in promotion of
diverse aspects. Partner based relationship
allows to have better decision making
processs. Along with this, it also allows
employees make feel valueable in
organisation.
