INTRODUCTION
Health and social care follow all the principles regard to supporting are the equal
opportunities, respect, dignity, privacy and respect diverse culture. It will protect the patients
from the harm such as financial, emotional, psychological and physical harm etc. It is only
possible when the care worker deliver healthier service to it patients as well as client that are risk

Principles of support play a vital role in guaranteeing which gives the effective heath and
social care services to the clients as well as patients. Thus, principles are established that are
based upon a group of values which are acceptable by the society (Gibb, 2011). The main
principles of support that must be adopted to Care UK to make sure that user of service get a care
regard to social justice, privacy, dignity of human and worth, convenie will facilitate them to
deliver the better quality of healthcare to its Bob patient who visits Care UK nce, equality and
assortment in a responsible way that protect patients. Therefore, there are some principles of
support are applied in care UK which are as follows-
Respect diverse culture and values- There are various types of patients are visiting the
Care UK that have a different values and culture. For this reason, it is a duty of care home to
respect these Bob patient's culture and provide treatment in equal manner. It will creating the
working environment of care home healthier if all these patients as well as care workers 's
diverse culture are to be respected.
Privacy- It is the most important principles that are followed by each and every care
home for the purpose of protecting the confidential information of the patients. Thus, at the time
of visiting the home care Bob patient shares it personal information to its doctors. Therefore, it is
the duty of Care UK to protecting these data by store them in a database management. It will

no other third party can able to hack illegally.
Equal opportunity- It is a r Person-centred approach ight of Care UK to promote the
equal opportunities at the workplace so, care worker get the equal job opportunity and patient are
treated in equal manner. It is based upon the knowledge, qualification, skills and capability of
workers by avoiding the discrimination. Apart from this, Bob patient's are to be treated in ethical
manner so, they receive healthier service from the provider.
Q2: Analyse benefits of using a personal-centred approach for Bob
Person-centred approach can be define in which the Care workers effectively analysing
the needs of patients relates to care. It will facilitate them to deliver the better quality of
healthcare to its Bob patient who visits Care UK. Therefore, they adopted the personal-centred
approach so, they gets various benefits which are mentioned below-
At the Care UK the care workers delivering the healthier services to its patients for which
it will creating a positive environment in the workplace. Thus, it resultant into functions
as well as operations can be effectively controlled and managed.
The main advantage from the personal-centred approach to the older patient is that they
effectively handle by care worker in the workplace. The Bob is under age 55 who are
suffering from diseases such as diabetes, deafness and stroke unit. It is very difficult to
handle but applying these approach facilitates them to treat in appropriate manner and
develops a positive attitude.
The Care UK applied personal-centred approach in the workplace into the two principles
which are as follows- financial, emotional, psychological and physical harm etc. It is only

Supporting privacy and dignity- The approach are applied in the workplace by the Care
UK for the main purpose of supporting the privacy and dignity. Privacy: It assists the worker of
the cited company to understand each desire of individuals concern with the privacy so, they can
supports them as per their conditions. Beside this, the principle of dignity which can be define as
what people feels when they get respects from others and what are the requirements from the
