In the early age, cultural aspects, learning languages and travelling challenges restricted (Capacci, Scorcu and Vici, 2015). In 14 century
Christopher Columbus sailed westward and vasco da gama cruised to country for earn money then business travel has been integral part of
tourism industry(Cave and Brown 2012). Early tourism started with Nomads who
travelled around the world in search of food and shelter. Main intension of this traveller is to gathered food and traded around the world and
gave rise to the barter system (Capacci, Scorcu and Vici, 2015). 1500 BC is marked as the era when the Europeans visited pyramids and thus

which is provide by the tour operator to their
customer. Company deal with the hotels and other
lodges who provide the better living facility, food
facility, bed and breakfast facility, resort, farm stays,
camps and other accommodation facility to their
customers. It is second preference for customer. TUI
company also deal with the 5 star hotels facility to
their customer.
Information and Coordination: - Company make
provide the fully information to their customer about
package and the tourism place. It is very necessary
to provide all type of information related tour to
their customer. It is helpful to make customer trust
and relationship between customer and travel
company.
Tour operations and agents: - Company
manage the tour agent and tour operational
activity with other sector as hotels related
operation activity, transport related activity and
any other. An Agent is necessary to company to
sale company product. An agent is a person who
can reach the customer easily. TUI company
deal with many agents. These agents understand
the customer requirement and provide the best
package in the buying power of customer.
Government: - Government help the tourism
companies because tourism is necessary to
improve the economic growth of company.
Many times government policies influence the
structure of travel and tourism.
