The palliative care is defines as the specialised
care for the people having the serious illness. The
care is provided to the patients to reduce the
symptoms, pain, stress, trauma of the patients.
The main aim of the palliative care is to improve
the critical conditions of the patients and increase
the quality of the life. Doctors, nurse, health
workers provides the palliative care to the patients
(mason & et. Al., (2020)).

The multidisciplinary team is the group of the health care
professionals, specialist, nurses, doctors, dentist,
physiotherapist, surgeons, physicians and other health care
providers which focus on the provision of the palliative
care in order to provide the optimal care to the patients.
The palliative care needs social, physiological. Physical,
mental and spiritual care so there is need of
multidisciplinary team for the palliative care (glass,
monroe & davies, (2022)).
