INTRODUCTION
Organization structure means those aspects which deals with behavioral patterns
possessed by employees working within an organization. These patterns are important as it
makes working done with more effectiveness. Organizational culture which includes trends and
customs followed within an organization. Both organizational behavior and organizational
culture are interconnected with each other as they effects growth of organization more
effectively. Scope of these perspectives is wider as it tends to impact sustainability of business
organizations. Nature is dynamic as it holds tendencies to impact business over long term
perspective. The organization that has been selected is Panasonic Holdings Corporation, formerly
Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. between 1935 and 2008 and the first incarnation of
Panasonic Corporation between 2008 and 2022, is a major Japanese multinational conglomerate
company, headquartered in Kadoma, Osaka. In this filed two important aspects like organization
behavior and organizational culture is explained with their motivation. In the end critical
evaluation is done with example.

within working of organization. As per the perspectives various aspects like system, role, and

decision making within an organization(Borry, 2017). An organizational shape in location
permits corporations to stay green and paying attention. There are sure vital approach which has
