In general, it has been already known that during the recent pandemic many organizations and
industries have a huge impact on their business and economy scale. Many organizationals has to
deal with economy loses which directly affected the country growth and development. In this
report, in the context of auto-mobile company named Range Rover mentioning the impact of the
pandemic and developing the survival and success factors of the industry (Basu, and Ferreira,
2021). Along with this, an appropriate analysis will be created or performed with well research
information. In this report, will discus about the impacts of the auto mobile industry with the
help Range Rover company.

the countries to protect the human creature on land. This lock-down has aid to limit the spread of
disease as it has quickly affected the counties and disturb the value chains of the most important
industries. Over the last 18 months, the auto mobile industry also has been impacted and
generate loses and economic shares in the market. In the research, it has also founded that the
pandemic Covid19 has affected the organization named Land Rover which is situated at United
Kingdom. Here performing the area of auto mobile industry and its Covid impact.
Decrease sale : In any organization, it has already known that during the COVID-19 pandemic
each industry or business has suffered a lot (Kim, 2020). In the context of mentioned company
Land Rover also deal with many obstacles and one of them is describing the decrease of sale
objectives. Due to the pandemic, the auto-mobile companies has majorly effected and leads them
to obtain high losses. Because of this rapid increasing of Corona virus, government has decided
to attempt the lock-down activity in different countries. Doing this act, the Land Rover company
has to keep their place close for a long time which decreases the sale in different countries. The
decrease of sale value directly affected the company shares and leads them to move downward at

the market positions. The company should consider the backup plan for the natural disaster
recovery and focus on the analysis of the automotive business market.
Financial statements : The second issue is introducing the concept of financial records which is
the main part to run an organization. Each industry or business requires a well maintained
economy from which they can obtain the higher growth in the market and provide a well-
structured objective to an individual (Celi, Guarascio, and et.al., 2020). The Land Rover
organization has faced the economic issues in this pandemic. It has been researched that this
company has generated the 10% loss than previous 2 years of market. Land Rover is the top most
auto mobile company which generates maximum profit but due to the lock-down the company
has not be able to improve their growth and development. Accordingly, the company requires
focusing on the finance management so that during these kinds of disasters they can be stayed at
stable position and can balance the economic values. The auto mobile industry has large impact
on their business and creates issue which lead them at lower spot at the market level.
Affect share values : Looking at the impact of recent pandemic includes the effect share values
of the organization. In 2020, the pandemic period the company Land Rover prices dip 12% in
retail sales at 5,06,545 units for the financial year. Because of this Covid 19 crisis the
organization has leads to obtain the heavy losses and also not able to pay or serve the taxes
amount to the government in the definite position (Li, Wang, Liu, and et.al., 2020). However, as
the time passes the company has balanced their share values but with the second wave of Corona
virus it again accelerated the growth and development of the company to lower position. As the
share values decreases the company obtained the high loss and not able to keep the accurate
strategy to furnish.
Labour : During the COVID, the most affected part of any organization is labour people. The
global crisis denotes to implement the lock down act to prevent the risk assessment to an
individual. Working in a company increases the risk and life threat from the viral disease which
causes people to fall sick. Along with this, labour community also get affected and loses their job
and employment as many organizations are not able to keep their employee paid till the
reopening of the market. In the pandemic, it increases the unemployment and made people to
suffer from financial crisis as well. The Land Rover labour also had affected during the recent
pandemic which deals them to obtain lower productivity and economic management.
